Aerobic Dancing with the Shimmy Mob & Angela Petrie

Burn extra food energy with exercise.   Recipe Repairs (page 7) says watching TV burns only 1 kcal/kg/hr, walking 3 miles/hour burns 3.3 kcal/kg/hr, while aerobic dancing can burn 4 to 9 kcal/kg/hr.  Move more!  Try to burn all the calories you eat each day.
